These terms apply to all purchases made on this website by consumers. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read and accept these terms, together with our Shipping Policy, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.
Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract between you and us is formed when we send you an email confirming your order. We may decline an order, for example if a product is unavailable or if there is an obvious error in the price or description; in that case we will tell you and refund any payment in full.
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP). Delivery to the UK is free. Payment is taken at checkout using the payment methods displayed. Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot be applied after an order has been placed.
Delivery times and conditions are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you when they are delivered to you or to a person you have nominated.
You have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. We extend this to 30 days. How to return an item, who pays for return shipping and when you will be refunded are set out in our Refund Policy.
Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. In addition, our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects, as described in our Refund Policy.
Our products are comfort and recovery devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition. Always follow the user manual. If you are pregnant, have a heart or circulation condition, or any diagnosed medical condition, consult your GP before use.
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for loss or damage that is not foreseeable, or that results from misuse of the product or failure to follow its instructions. We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for breach of your statutory consumer rights.
