30-day returns

We want you to be happy with your order. You can return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, for any reason. This goes beyond your 14-day statutory right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

Condition of returned items

Items should be returned complete, with all accessories (including hoses, control unit, power adapter and carry case), and in their original packaging where possible. You may handle and try the product as you would in a shop. If an item has been used beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics and functioning, we may reduce the refund to reflect any loss in value, as permitted by law.

How to start a return

Email us at duvalgauthier133@gmail.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return. We will reply with return instructions and the return address. Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as we cannot process parcels we are not expecting.

Return shipping costs

• Faulty, damaged or incorrect items: we cover the cost of the return.
• Change of mind: the cost of sending the item back is paid by you. We recommend using a tracked service, as we cannot be responsible for returns lost in transit.

Refunds

Once we have received your return (or you have provided proof that you have sent it back, whichever is earlier), we will refund you within 14 days to your original payment method. Delivery is free on all orders, so there are no outbound delivery charges to refund. Your bank or card provider may take a few additional days to show the refund.

Faulty or damaged items

If your item arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and a short description (photos or a video help). Your statutory rights under the UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected, and faulty goods will be repaired, replaced or refunded in line with those rights.

1-year warranty

In addition to your statutory rights, our products come with a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorised modifications or normal wear and tear.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please return the original and place a new order.
